With 25+ years of experience, he has led high-stakes business turnaround and transformation programs across Europe and the Middle East, including the £78.4 billion takeover of a London-listed company, the largest transaction of its kind. His work spans strategy, culture and change, process optimisation, AI-enabled technology, governance, and performance and financial management, always focused on measurable, sustainable results.

George believes true transformation means building organisations that can identify and solve their own problems without ongoing external support. His goal is to lose every client within two to three years — because by then, they no longer need him.
